Shipping Settings
When a customer chooses to have a product or gift certificate shipped to themselves or someone else they will be asked to choose a shipping method during checkout. These options can be changed, including the addition of free shipping (for a period of time or based on purchase price).
Due to the complexities of these options the settings can only be changed by our helpdesk. When you log into your Customer Service Portal (as detailed in section 7 'Getting Help') you will be given the option to fill out your estore shipping options. Filling out this form will generate a ticket and our helpdesk will update your e-store within 1-3 business days. You may change these options at anytime as often as your business model requires.
Product Settings
Whether you sell gift certificates, tangible goods or both in your store you may change the set packages, services or items that are offered for sale. As with the shipping options we have our helpdesk make these updates to avoid confusion and issues related with the complex settings required when a product is updated (price, description etc.) or added/removed. To have changes made to your products simply log into your Customer Service Portal and generate a new Help Ticket choosing 'E-Commerce' as the subject and detailing the changes you would like to make in the 'Description' box. Our team will make your changes in 1-3 business days.
