Processing and Shipping an Order
On the 'Edit Order' screen you will see the details of the product(s) ordered along with total amounts due and any customer comments made during the checkout process.
Generally the product sku will appear as 'giftcert_1 Gift Certificate', however if your store is set for products only (no gift certificates) you may see a different sku and the actual product description instead. Below this line will be an additional description that shows the package or service that the gift certificate was purchased towards.
Note that the prices listed below the product descriptions are sub totals and shipping totals and the actual amount that should be charged to the customer is at the bottom of this list in bold (i.e. Total: $120.99).
If the order requires shipping this will be noted on the invoice as 'Shipping: Ground' (next day, saturday delivery etc.). If shipping is not required this field will state 'Shipping: Instant / Pickup Gift Card'. There is an additional column to the right of the billing details fields that will show the shipping name and address (this may be blank if the customer has not filled these fields out during checkout or if the product purchased does not require shipping.
