Viewing Orders and Reports

2.d) Navigating Order Lists
Navigating Order Lists
Clicking the main Order Manager navigation link will display a list showing all of your orders to date (fig. 2.d), with new/pending orders listed first at the top of the list. As the number of orders increases this page will split the list into multiple pages to prevent the list from becoming too long. There is a box that will allow you to move from page to page in the list at the top left corner of the list.

For ease of viewing we have split the list into easily viewable sections. Click the + symbol to the left of the Order Manager link and your list options will appear. You can return to the full list of all orders at any time by clicking the main Order Manager link.

2.e) Filter / Search the Order List

While viewing a list of orders you may also filter the list further or even search for specific orders by using the form above the order list. There are three filter / search options: Show only orders with the stated 'Status', Show only orders where the stated field contains a specific keyword, Show orders received between two stated dates. Click the 'Find' button to the right of the relevant option to perform the filter / search. To reset the filter / search click on a navigation link on the left navigation.

2.f) Generate a sales report
Viewing Reports
The Administration Panel allows you to view a number of reports regarding sales and site visitor statistics to allow you to arrange your store in a manner that will maximize traffic and sales.

Click on the Store Statistics main navigation link to expand it's sub pages. Clicking on Sales Reports will display a form (fig. 3.f) that will allow you to generate a sales report. You may use this report to graph the total sales, popular products, monthly/weekly/annual sales and shipped orders for any given time period.

Below the Sales Reports are further subpages where you may view detailed statistics on the number of visits to the site, the pages viewed, popular categories / products and the i.p. addresses of visitors and administrator logins.
