2.a) The Administrator Log On Page |
Log In to the Administrator Panel
When you purchase a concept heaven e-store you will be provided with a unique Username and Password. To prevent unauthorized access to your Administrator Panel by someone who may have access to the email address we have on file for your company, the login system does NOT have a 'forgotten password' feature. The username and password follows the same convention that your other concept heaven access passwords do, however if you are unable to remember your login credentials you may email us at help@conceptheaven.com and we will be happy to provide those to you after we have verified that you are the authorized account administrator.
The Administrator Panel is accessed by visiting:
http://estore.conceptheaven.com/clients/XXXX/estore/admin/
Where 'XXXX' is your four character 'locator' code (i.e. ABCD)
The login page (fig. 2.a) has a 'Remember Me' feature that will save you some time when you next log in. We recommend you only use this feature when you are using a computer that is only accessible to yourself. Never use the 'Remember Me' feature when using a public or shared computer.
Administrator logins are recorded in our system along with the unique i.p. address of the computer from which you log in.
The Administrator Panel can be accessed from Internet Explorer 4.0+ (5.5+ is recommended) and Firefox 2+. Whichever browser you use will require that cookies and javascript functionality are enabled. Your network administrator will be able to confirm or enable these features in your web browser.
If you are experiencing issues logging in there are a few steps you can take before requiring support assistance:
- Over time a browser's cache (where it temporarily stores downloaded files) can become crowded and cause issues logging in to certain sites. All browsers have an 'empty cache' / 'clear temporary internet files' feature usually accessible via the options menu in your browser.
- Make sure your security settings are not causing the cookie for the site to be rejected. A computer administrator will be able to check your security and / or privacy settings in your browser.
- Ensure you have Javascript enabled in your browser.
- If you are in a corporate setting it could be that the company firewall and/or user policy settings are preventing you from logging in. Check with your Systems Administrator or IT department if this may be the case.
